Low Carb St Patrick’s Day Food Ideas
With St Patrick’s day coming up, I’ve put together a round up of Low Carb St Patrick’s Day Food Ideas for you. We recently moved to Ireland and look forward to celebrating our first St Patrick’s day in our new home country.
I’ve been lucky enough to sample Authentic Irish food and have shared a couple of recipes on my blog. (Plus, here are 10 Irish Breakfast Recipes.)
For more of a look at our life in Ireland, I share a weekly Vlog on my YouTube Channel, click here for the playlist. Here’s a video tour our first visit to Dublin, including a look at a meal in a traditional Irish pub.
Now that you’ve joined me on a trip around Dublin, here are Irish foods to enjoy on St Patrick’s Day, or any time you want a taste of Ireland, at home.
To be taken to the easy recipe, simply click on the recipe title or image. Here we go!

These eggs are like nothing you’ve ever tasted before. They are creamy and perfectly cooked in this unique Irish Scrambled Eggs method.
2. Cauliflower Fritters
These make an easy breakfast using leftover Cauliflower Mash and Irish Corned Beef.
3. Authentic Irish Corned Beef and Cabbage
This recipe was given to me by my friendly local butcher and it’s THE Authentic Irish way to enjoy Corned Beef.
4. Corned Beef Hash Recipe
Another delicious way to enjoy leftover Irish Corned beef in this low carb friendly breakfast hash.
5. Keto Broccoli Casserole
What’s more Irish than a big bowl of greens to celebrate the Emerald Isle? This Keto Broccoli Casserole does just that.
6. Sauteed Brussels Sprouts
Another green veggie option that would be the perfect side dish to enjoy with Irish Corned Beef.
7. Irish Cream Chocolate Mousse
All you need is a bottle of Irish Cream Essence (which you can find here) and you can create a low carb chocolate mousse which tastes like beautiful Baileys!
And, remember to save, bookmark and pin this page to come back to when you’re wanting Irish inspiration. I’ll be adding to the list as my Irish food repertoire grows! (I’m recipe testing an Irish Stew recipe as we speak, which should be added soon!)
