Find the lowest carb sausages you can and then chop the sausages into bite sized pieces. Chop other vegetables that you have to hand, also into bite sized pieces.

Heat butter in a frying pan and cook the sausages and vegetables until cooked through and browned to your liking. You can add any seasoning or other ingredients of choice.

5. Tuna Mornay

Keto Tuna Mornay

To make this easy, creamy tuna mornay, start by heating butter in a frying pan. When hot, add chopped cauliflower. Cook until softened, adding more butter when needed.

Once the cauliflower has softened, add a small tin of tuna, a couple of spoons of mascarpone and a handful of grated cheese.

Cook until the tuna has heated through and the cheese has melted. Enjoy, topped with more cheese if you like.
