If you’re a fan of cheesy meals, then you’ll love this easy, cheesy Keto Brussels Sprouts Gratin. All you need are 4 ingredients to create this low carb friendly comfort dish.
Feel free to adapt the recipe to go beyond the 4 ingredients. You could of course add salt, pepper or any other seasoning to taste. Or, you could mix through chopped garlic, onion or any other vegetables you’d like to cook into your gratin.
Regarding cheese, start with a half a cup and then add more to cover every inch of your gratin with cheesy goodness. Y

Keto Brussels Sprouts Recipe
- 500g/1.1 lbs Brussels Sprouts
- 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 Cup Cream
- 1/2 Cup (or more) Grated Cheese
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and get out an oven proof dish.
- Wash the brussels sprouts, remove the stem and chop each sprout in half.
- Place the prepared sprouts into the oven proof dish.
- Pour over the sour cream, cream and half of the cheese.
- Toss to combine the sauce amongst the brussels sprouts.
- Top with the rest of the cheese, or add more to cover.
- Place into the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until the cheese is golden and sprouts cooked through.
