Low Carb Strawberry Milkshake Recipe

It’s really easy to create a creamy low carb strawberry milkshake which is sugar free and keto diet friendly.

Simply use frozen berries to achieve the icy milkshake experience. And, mixing your milk of choice with cream results in an ice creamy texture, without using any sugar loaded ice cream.

I use my nutribullet to mix together the milkshake. It’s really handy to have in the kitchen and I have made all sorts of smoothies and shakes in it. (Where to find a nutribullet.

Depending on the sweetness of your fruit, you may want to add a couple of teaspoons of stevia or your sweetener of choice. You could also add in a half a teaspoon of vanilla extract for an authentic vanilla flavour.

Low Carb Strawberry Milkshake Recipe

  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 to 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth. Taste if you need to add stevia to sweeten and then blend again. 
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
