This tuna cauliflower casserole recipe is an easy, cheesy low carb veggie side dish or meal in itself. There are only 5 ingredients in the recipe and it’s the perfect comfort dish to throw together with (usually) easy to find ingredients.

You can substitute in frozen instead of fresh cauliflower or use broccoli or another vegetable instead.

With the creamy ingredients, I adore the combination of cream and sour cream. You can swap in mayo, cream cheese or plain yogurt depending on what you have to hand.

You can also make the casserole even more cheesy by adding in parmesan or any other grated cheese you like. While this dish doesn’t have any pasta in it, you can always add in a couple of portions of cooked pasta if you’d prefer.

As you can tell, you can really adapt this simple recipe to your tastes and what you have in your kitchen to create the perfect cheesy comforting casserole.
