- 1-2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- Place the softened cream cheese and butter in a large bowl, then, using a whisk attachment or hand mixer on high speed, whisk until smooth, creamy and soft peaks form.
- Add the vanilla and whisk in.
- Add the sugar or sweetener and whisk in with the electric mixer until fully combined.
- Sprinkle over the cocoa powder then give the frosting a final whisk until smooth and fully whipped, stopping to carefully scrape down the sides of the bowl to ensure the best frosting texture that’s smooth and creamy.
