7 Low Carb Breakfast Without Eggs
Here are the 7 easy low carb breakfast without eggs ideas and easy recipes for you and scroll down for the full video where I show you how to make the quick breakfasts.
1. Strawberry Cheesecake Mousse
Cheesecake for breakfast? Why not?! This delightful dish was shared recently on my blog and makes an excellent low carb high fat breakfast.
It’s an easy way to enjoy the flavors of cheesecake, without the need to make a whole cheesecake and fiddle with ingredients like coconut flour, eggs or egg whites.
To make the cheesecake mousse, simply whip a cup of cream until thickened, then whisk in cream cheese and stevia until creamy.
Mix strawberries through the mousse and top the dish with more strawberries. Store the mousse in the fridge so you have an indulgent breakfast that’s ready and waiting for you in the morning.

2. Smoothie Bowl
You could meal prep the above pictured simple recipe for a low-carb diet approved berry smoothie bowl, a chia pudding or a Low Carb Green Smoothie Bowl, which makes a delicious recipe to start your day with.
Note that there are 15 net grams of carbs in a cup a raspberries, so decide how many carbs you’d like to allocate to your breakfast.
I chose to include 1/3 cup, so 5 carbs for my breakfast bowl. I blended the berries together with 1/3 cup cream, 1/3 cup almond milk, 1/3 cup ice cubes and a scoop of protein powder.
You could of course pour your creation into a glass to drink or my preference is pouring it into a bowl and then topping it with keto friendly toppings. Here are some ideas:
- Chia Seeds
- Flax Seeds
- Hemp Hearts
- Nuts
- Almond Butter
- Heavy whipping cream
- Keto friendly chocolate chips
- Coconut – shredded, chips, dessicated or coconut flakes
- Berries (if you have the carb allowance)
