When you’re faced with chaotic mornings, it can help to prep meals before hand. So, you’ll have breakfast ready in no time – or even ready to enjoy on the go.
Breakfast Meal Prep Boxes
You can take a little time on Sundays to meal prep boxes for your week. I love using these meal prep containers, to easily separate my breakfast elements.

Make Ahead Breakfast Casserole Ideas
Whatever you enjoy having with eggs for breakfast, create a breakfast casserole instead. (Here’s how!) You can prep, cook and have the casserole waiting in the fridge to enjoy for the week.
Or, you could prep all of the ingredients, have the casserole ready to go. Store it in the fridge to bake fresh in the morning, while you get ready for your day.

Chia Puddings make an easy breakfast that you can adapt to suit your tastes and what you have in your kitchen. (Here’s how to make them.) Best of all, they are perfect to make ahead as they thicken and only get better with time. Here are some chia pudding ingredient ideas:
- Blueberries
- Strawberries
- Raspberries
- Shredded/Desiccated Coconut
- Nuts – almonds, macadamias etc.
- Pumpkin Seeds/Sunflower Seeds
- Nut Butter
In the morning, you can top your chia pudding with your choice of fruit and other toppings.
