This keto broccoli recipe has only 4 ingredients but makes an easy meal that you can prep ahead of time and have ready and waiting in the fridge for you. 

Simply combine together chopped broccoli florets, sour cream, lemon juice and grated cheese such as cheddar cheese, add salt, black pepper and any other seasoning you like as optional extras, then toss together and serve.

Or, pop it in the fridge for a few hours for the flavors to develop and enjoy the broccoli dish for lunch, as a side dish or light dinner.

To make the keto diet friendly recipe, simply combine together chopped broccoli, heavy cream, sour cream and grated cheese together in a baking dish. Toss together then top with more cheese and bake until perfectly golden brown.

You can feel free to add in extra ingredients like cream cheese, chopped red onion or garlic powder for added flavor, but my favorite way is with the 4 core ingredients.

A creamy soup makes a speedy, warming meal that you can enjoy straight away or meal prep and then heat a portion for the quickest ever ketogenic diet friendly dinner.

To make the low carb diet meal, heat coconut oil, olive oil or butter in a saucepan and then cook onion, fresh garlic and chopped broccoli. Pour over almond milk, heavy cream and stock to cover and cook until the broccoli has softened.

Blend until creamy then top with plenty of grated cheese such as cheddar cheese or parmesan cheese for added flavor and cheesy goodness.

For this soup, broccoli is blended together with flavorful mushrooms, along with plenty of cream and butter to make the most of the great low-carb vegetables.

Nothing is wasted in this recipe as the stem of the broccoli is grated to create varying textures in the simple slaw.

The ingredients are simply tossed together in a large bowl, then served straight away or popped into the fridge for a few hours to allow for the flavors to develop.
