1. Strawberries and Cream
When it comes to making a super simple keto diet friendly dessert, it doesn’t get much easier that a bowl full of fresh strawberries topped with a generous, indulgent swirl of whipped cream.
You can buy already whipped cream or simply pour heavy cream or whipping cream into a large mixing bowl and then whip with an electric mixer until thickened, adding in stevia or your keto-friendly sweetener of choice (like any of these on Amazon) and vanilla extract to flavor the homemade whipped cream, if you’d like.
There are no exact measurements for this treat. Simply pop as many chopped strawberries in a bowl as you’d like to include in your macros or calories for the day and then top with as much indulgent whipped cream as you’d like.
2. Keto Strawberry Cheesecake Mousse
This low carb strawberry mousse has only 4 ingredients – heavy cream, softened cream cheese, stevia or your granulated sweetener of choice and, of course, fresh ripe strawberries that are chopped and folded through the cream mixture as well as used as a sweet topping.
The easy keto strawberry mousse really tastes just like a no bake cheesecake, but with so very little effort to prepare and that you can be enjoying in as little as a couple of minutes.
You can prepare the dessert into one large serving dish or portion out into individual sized glasses for serving at a dinner party or as perfect portion controlled treats to enjoy when sweet cravings strike.

Chia Puddings make easy keto desserts that you can make as healthy or indulgent as you want, depending on the ingredients you blend into your bowl and what you can find at your local grocery store.
You can make yours with Greek yogurt, almond milk, coconut milk, heavy cream or your low carb friendly milk of cream of choice, along with your choice from cocoa powder for a chocolate pudding, lemon juice or lemon zest for a lemon flavored pudding or blend in a half a scoop of protein powder for extra protein and flavor.
And of course, mix fresh berries through the simple dessert and add even more as a topping to your keto strawberry dessert bowl.

This strawberry ricotta cake looks impressive yet has only 4 basic ingredients, is low in g net carbs and is incredibly easy to make.
To make the easy recipe, simply combine together ricotta cheese and eggs in a large bowl and whisk with a hand mixer until creamy, then whisk in your low carb sweetener of choice and fold through sliced fresh strawberries. 7. Strawberry Milkshake
And finally, a keto friendly strawberry milkshake is the perfect way to celebrate the natural sugars in a simple recipe that has only 3 ingredients – almond milk, heavy cream and fresh or frozen strawberries.
My preference is to include frozen strawberries so that the milkshake is perfectly frosty and has an almost creamy, ice cream texture.
You can also add in all kinds of other keto friendly ingredients to create the milkshake of your dreams. Choose from cream cheese, protein powder, vanilla extract, keto-friendly sweetener or even keto ice cream for a super indulgent milkshake.
