I’ve been cooking up loads of super easy no bake low carb desserts while I’ve been home during these uncertain times.

I’ve found great comfort in making sweet treats for the family – it’s like a relaxing therapy and I get to create something that we all get to enjoy.

Before getting to the easy recipes, here’s a list of what to stock your kitchen with to mix and match to create loads of easy no bake low carb desserts: 

  • Cream – single, pouring, heavy, double or whipping cream
  • Mascarpone Cheese 
  • Ricotta Cheese
  • Cream Cheese
  • Berries – Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries – fresh and frozen
  • Lemon & Lime 
  • Stevia or your sweetener of choice
  • Vanilla & other flavourings 
  • Chocolate – cocoa/cacao powder, 85% or 90% chocolate, cacao nibs
  • Almond Milk or other low carb milk
  • Coconut – milk, yoghurt, oil and shredded 
  • Nuts, peanut butter, almond butter
