You’ll find that a simple dessert only needs a few ingredients to create something incredible.
As I’ve been on and off (and back on again) a low carb lifestyle over the years, you’ll find that the easy desserts are mostly keto friendly too.
1. Chocolate Truffles
I make these easy chocolate truffles every week or so and they are always a hit with the whole family.
The indulgent, bite sized dessert is perfect to have ready and waiting in the fridge for when those sweet cravings strike.
You simply chop dark chocolate, pop it into a bowl, heat heavy whipping cream and butter together until bubbling, pour the heated cream mixture over the chocolate and stir until you have a melted bowl full.
Then, it’s just a matter of pouring the truffle mixture into a dish, popping it in the fridge to set, before cutting into bite sized chocolate truffles.
2. Peanut Butter Cookies
You can make delicious cookies with only 3 ingredients by combining together almond butter, peanut butter or your nut butter of choice, together with an egg and stevia or sugar until you have a cookie dough.
Then drop a tablespoon per cookie on a baking sheet and bake until you have perfectly baked 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies or almond butter cookies.

When it comes to making easy 3-ingredient desserts, you can’t go past a simple 3 ingredient chocolate mousse that’s made by melting chocolate then folding it into whipped cream, along with your flavoring of choice.

This creamy mousse combines together the simple ingredients of natural peanut butter, heavy cream and stevia or sugar to create an indulgent peanut butter mousse.
9. Raspberry Mousse
An indulgent way to enjoy fruit for dessert is to make a creamy mousse like this raspberry mousse.
To make the delicious dessert, cook raspberries and sugar or stevia to a puree, whip cream until thickened, then fold everything together to create a light, creamy mousse.
To make a cheesecake mousse, simply whisk a few spoons of cream cheese through the dessert.
10. Aquafaba Whipped Cream
This dairy free dessert option is created by whisking the liquid from a can of chickpeas, into a thickened whipped cream alternative, known as aquafaba whipped cream, which you can enjoy with fresh strawberries or your sweet treat of choice.
