1. Breakfast Fry Up
Start your day with a nutritious serve of cauliflower in this breakfast fry up meal. Fry cauliflower and your choice of additional low carb friendly vegetables – I simply went for onion and garlic.
Fry in plenty of coconut oil or butter and your choice of seasonings from salt, pepper and any other flavoring you like. Once the cauliflower has browned to your liking, remove from the frying pan and cook a couple of eggs until perfectly done, then serve your simple breakfast fry up.
You can also add some chopped cheese to your plate or breakfast staples like sausages or bacon for an extra hearty meal to start your day with.
2. Turmeric Scrambled Eggs
Another breakfast option with cauliflower is this nourishing turmeric scrambled eggs meal that is made by frying cauliflower in plenty of turmeric then pouring whisked eggs over to create a creamy, turmeric infused breakfast.
3. Cauliflower Rice Risotto
Risotto is one of those comfort foods that usually takes ages to make, but with cauliflower rice you can enjoy similar flavors yet it only takes mere minutes to make. Start by cooking up onion, garlic and any other vegetables you’d like to feature in your risotto, in this instance I went for mushrooms to create a mushroom and cauliflower risotto.
While the vegetables are cooking, grate as much raw cauliflower into rice as you’d like. Then just add it into the frying pan once the other vegetables are almost cooked. You can then pour over your choice from almond milk, coconut milk, heavy cream, stock or water. I also like to add in a tablespoon of Tamari or Soy Sauce, for extra flavor.
Cook until the liquid has absorbed and evaporated and serve up your risotto immediately. I like to top mine with parmesan cheese for even more flavor. I always make plenty of the simple dish, storing leftovers in an airtight container to enjoy over the next couple of days.
4. Turmeric Cauliflower Rice
All you need is a box grater to turn cauliflower florets into cauliflower rice to transform the ingredients into a healthy portion of nourishing turmeric cauliflower rice.
The cauliflower rice is simply fried, along with onion, garlic and plenty of nourishing turmeric. Then, you can pour over almond milk or heavy cream and cook until done to your liking.
You’ll feel as if you’re detoxing while enjoying a bowl full as a whole meal or as the perfect side dish for any low-carb diet meal!

This keto cauliflower soup is like a comforting potato and leek soup, but low in grams of net carbs.
You simply fry up leek, garlic and chopped fresh cauliflower in a large saucepan, then pour over vegetable or chicken stock and heavy cream, heavy whipping cream or almond milk and cook until the cauliflower is soft and easily mashable.
Serve the creamy soup that the whole family adore, topped with blue cheese or parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
