When sweet cravings strike and you’re wanting to enjoy something a little healthier and sugar free, then there are loads of low carb sweet snacks you can choose from that are keto diet approved.
There are a number of instant snacks that you can buy from the store or quick and easy desserts or sweet treats that you can quickly whip up at home with just a few low carb and ketogenic diet friendly ingredients.

Let’s start with some instant low carb sweet snacks. Here are some ideas for sweet snacks that you can buy that are low carb, sugar free and will satisfy your sweet tooth:
1. Berries & Heavy Cream
Fresh or frozen strawberries, raspberries or blueberries make an easy instant low carb sweet snack that’s low in grams of net carbs.
You can just enjoy them by the handful or with some homemade or store bought whipped cream or freshly whip heavy whipping cream yourself.
2. Yogurt
Pick a low carb yogurt that’s naturally full of healthy fats, which is usually Greek yogurt or Natural yogurt, and mix through a handful of berries or a spoon full of stevia for an instant low-carb diet sweet snack.
3. Chocolate
It’s easy to find a low carb chocolate bar at local grocery stores – just look for great options that are 85%, 90% or a higher percentage dark chocolate, without any added sugar.
The higher the percentage the low carb sugars and carbs tend to be. (Always read the nutrition label to be sure though.)
You could also bulk buy a carton from Amazon, so you’ll always have chocolate to hand.
