You may be just wanting some variety in your morning meals, a break from daily eggs or you’re allergic to eggs and so it’s vital to have your keto breakfast with no eggs.

Here’s a list of simple ingredients to keep to hand so that you can easily whip up low carb breakfasts without eggs recipes: 

Yoghurt – take your time in the supermarket, read nutrition panels to find the lowest carb option. This may be plain, natural or Greek yoghurt.

You’ll want to look for a yoghurt that is whole and unsweetened, this will have the lowest sugars and carbs.

Don’t be put off by plain yoghurt, there are plenty of ways to flavour and sweeten it. (Which you’ll find the in the below recipes.) 

Yogurt options

Chia Seeds – for keto smoothies, chia jam, puddings and parfaits. 

Almond milk – or another non dairy, low carb milk such as coconut milk to enjoy in low-carb recipes such as hot chocolate, smoothies and chia puddings.

You’ll find that dairy milk is too high in carbs and that almond or another non dairy milk will be significantly lower in carbs and keto diet friendly. 

Keto Protein Powder – for mixing through smoothies, chia puddings or yoghurt bowls for an egg free keto protein source for breakfast.
