Through the year, and especially during Summer or the Festive Season, no bake keto desserts are perfect to help you stay on track and satisfy your sweet tooth without store bought, sugar and carb filled desserts. 

As you’ll see, there are heaps of easy desserts to create with low carb friendly common ingredients and healthy fats.

These low carb diet no bake desserts are great to either keep in the fridge for when needed or to take as a crowd pleaser to a BBQ, Potluck, Picnic or Festive Gathering.

Before getting to the easy recipes, here’s a list of what to stock your kitchen with to mix and match to create loads of easy no bake keto desserts: 

  • Cream – single, pouring, heavy, double or heavy whipping cream
  • Mascarpone Cheese 
  • Ricotta Cheese
  • Cream Cheese
  • Berries – Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries – fresh and frozen
  • Lemon & Lime 
  • Stevia, monk fruit sweetener or your powdered sweetener of choice
  • Vanilla Extract, Sea Salt & other flavorings
  • Yogurt – plain, natural or Greek is usually the lowest carb option 
  • Chocolate – cocoa powder, cacao powder, 85% or 90% dark chocolate, cacao nibs
  • Almond Milk or other low carb milk
  • Eggs 
  • Chia Seeds, hemp seeds
  • Coconut products – coconut milk, coconut yogurt, coconut oil, coconut flour, coconut flakes and shredded coconut
